BDSocialLead Terms of Service
These Terms explain how BDSocialLead subscriptions, licenses, payments, user-controlled CRM data, Google Sheets sync and supported social platforms should be used.
Overview
BDSocialLead is a social CRM productivity tool developed by BD-Software Limited. It helps businesses manage leads, clients, sales, invoices, partial payments, dues, subscriptions and follow-ups from supported messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Web, Messenger and Meta Business Suite.
Independent Product
BDSocialLead is an independent software product. It is not owned, endorsed or officially operated by WhatsApp, Meta, Facebook, Messenger, Google or Google Sheets. All third-party names, trademarks and platforms belong to their respective owners.
Account and Subscription
Users may need to create an account, activate a license, select a subscription plan and maintain an active payment status to use paid features. Subscription, license, device activation and payment status are managed on BDSocialLead servers so that access can be enabled, renewed, limited or disabled when required.
License and Device Activation
Each paid account may have a device limit based on the selected plan. License activation, device status and access checks are used to protect paid access. BD-Software Limited may reset, disable or reactivate license access when necessary for support, abuse prevention, payment issues or account security.
Payments, Renewals and Coupons
Subscription payments may be processed through a connected payment gateway, payment bridge or approved manual payment method. Coupons may be created, disabled, limited, expired or filtered by the superadmin. Coupon discounts apply only when valid, active and within usage limits.
A successful payment may activate or extend a subscription according to the selected plan validity. Failed, cancelled, pending or mismatched payments may not activate the subscription until verified.
User-Owned CRM Data
Customer lead records, saved client details, invoices, due records, notes and follow-up data are the responsibility of the subscribing business. These records are normally stored in the user’s browser/local extension storage and/or in the user’s own Google Sheet. BD-Software Limited does not claim ownership of the user’s business CRM data.
Google Sheets Responsibility
If the user connects Google Sheets, the user is responsible for the Google account, sheet permissions, sharing settings, team access and backup practices. Users should not grant access to unauthorized people and should regularly review their Google Sheet permissions.
Acceptable Use
Users must use BDSocialLead lawfully and responsibly. The product must not be used for spam, fraud, unauthorized scraping, harassment, illegal data collection, privacy violations or activities that violate the terms of WhatsApp, Meta, Google or any other supported platform.
Platform Changes
Supported third-party platforms may change their design, structure, policies or technical behavior at any time. Such changes may temporarily affect extension detection, chat opening, data capture, automation, export or sync behavior. BD-Software Limited may provide updates where practical, but uninterrupted compatibility with every third-party platform cannot be guaranteed.
Backups and Data Safety
Users are responsible for keeping backups of important business records, Google Sheets, exported files and local browser data. BDSocialLead may provide backup, import, restore or sync features, but users should not rely on a single device, browser profile or sheet as the only copy of important business data.
Support
Support may be provided through the official channels listed on this website. Users may be asked to share screenshots, logs or limited debugging information to solve an issue. Users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive or private customer information.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations or subscription adjustments may depend on the payment method, subscription status, usage, gateway settlement status and the specific case. BD-Software Limited may review refund or cancellation requests according to its business policy and applicable requirements.
Service Limitations
BDSocialLead is provided as a productivity tool and may depend on browsers, extensions, local storage, Google Sheets, internet connectivity and third-party platform availability. BD-Software Limited is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect use, unauthorized access, user-side deletion, third-party service outage or platform policy changes.
Changes to the Service
BD-Software Limited may update features, pricing, plans, license rules, coupon rules, payment flow, user interface, security controls and these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the service after changes means the user accepts the updated terms.
